Within these terms, we will refer to ourselves as Dahlia, ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ this means Dahlia Fashion Co. Ltd, company registration: 05852849.

We may revise the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you.

Discount Codes

  1. Account discount codes - Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
  2. Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website.
  3. Dahlia Fashion Co Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any offer without notice or reason.
  4. All discount codes will expire a maximum of six months after the promotion was introduced, this may mean the actual time available for use is much shorter for those customers granted the code towards the end of the promotion.
  5. Discount codes will not normally be applicable to items already reduced in a sale.


Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see Shipping for full details.

In order to contract with Dahlia you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Dahlia retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and the services provided. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a)  When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, availability of your selected product/s and a confirmation of the Total cost including your delivery charge. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we receive funds through processing your credit/debit card and the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the acknowledgment e-mail and sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Ordering online with Dahlia is the safest and most secure method of paying, but if this is a problem for you please do not hesitate to call us and we can take an order over the phone on +44 (0) 208 968 0333. We are open Monday-Friday 10am - 5pm. However you could always visit our Boutique or check out our other stockists near you.

(c)  Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund excluding the postage and cost of returning the goods.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). Delivery costs will be charged in addition.

Sometimes our products sell out quickly due to their popularity, we often have limited stock. However we may still have one or two left, it is always worth contacting us to find out. You can email us at customer@dahliafashion.co.uk. We will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

(d) We accept credit or debit cards - Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Delta, Solo or Electron. As we are based in the UK, all our prices are in Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order, and your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your own currency. Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been authorised and debited. All authorised orders will be dispatched on the same or next working day. All payments to Dahlia are handled securely by a Secure Payment processor called Sage Pay and cleared by HSBC Merchant Services (Internet Service Payment Processors). We will endeavour to make sure your details are safe and secure. You can complete your order without creating a Dahlia customer account. However, none of your user information will be kept on our records, and you will not be able to track or review your orders.


(e)Gift Vouchers

  • Vouchers can ONLY be redeemed in the Dahlia Boutique,8 Fouberts Place London, W1F 7PD
  • Vouchers can be used on all products in the Boutique.
  • Gift Vouchers are excluded from promotional discounts, unless specified.
  • Vouchers can be used as part payment of any purchase, with the remaining balance being paid by card or cash.
  • A credit note with the remaining amount will be issued, if the full value of the Gift Voucher has not been redeemed
  • Vouchers can be purchased online or in our Boutique. Vouchers purchased online will be sent to a nominated address.
  • The delivery for a Gift Voucher will be charged as a Small Postal Delivery – Please see Shipping for full terms and conditions of this.
  • Unfortunately Dahlia cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers please keep them safe!
  • We cannot accept torn, damaged or photocopied vouchers as these make them invalid.
  • If a refund is needed, this will be done via the original payment method (such as onto a credit note for a gift voucher, debit/credit card account, and cash or a combination of these).
  • Dahlia reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions.

 

Order Cancellations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Dahlia, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to customer@dahliafashion.co.uk
If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us once you receive it before we will action any refund.

Return or exchange an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, complete, with all tags attached.

We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge and any return delivery charge) on receipt of the item in a satisfactory condition, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.

Our decision will always be final with regard to the condition of items that we have reasonable grounds to believe have been worn. If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer@dahliafashion.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible before wearing the item and refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to return an item.
Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to customer services, unless sent via special delivery.
  • Please note some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (such as earrings, make up and hosiery)
