Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Dahlia you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Dahlia retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

(a) Our Contract
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order, availability of your selected product/s and a confirmation of the Total cost including your delivery charge. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we receive funds through processing your credit/debit card and the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the acknowledgment e-mail and sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 15%). Delivery costs will be charged in addition:
Packaging and delivery to UK addresses £7.
Packaging and delivery to most International addresses £12. Some regions may cost more – we will advise accordingly and will not process your order unless you write to us via email to accept those costs.
Please allow 7 working days for delivery (NB. International deliveries will vary)

(c) Payment
Goods will not be dispatched until your payment has been authorised and debited.

 

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Dahlia, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to shop@dahliafashion.co.uk
If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us once you receive it before we will action any refund.

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, complete, with all tags attached.
We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge and any return delivery charge) on receipt of the item in a satisfactory condition, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
Our decision will always be final with regard to the condition of items that we have reasonable grounds to believe have been worn.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact shop@dahliafashion.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible before wearing the item and refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to return an item.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to the boutique, unless sent via special delivery.

Dahlia Fashion Co Ltd is totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers.
We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you - e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so.

We will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission.

If you have made a purchase we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail, post & telephone. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us.
All Dahlia members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties. Transfers of your Information


The information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for Dahlia or one of our suppliers. Such processing may, for example, be required in order to fulfil your order, process your payment details or provide support services.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We may disclose your personal information to any of our group of companies. We may also disclose your personal information to third parties:
